Azelis is seeking a Marketing Manager Industrial Chemicals EMEA to define and steer marketing strategies across CASE, AMA and Performance Chemicals in the EMEA region.

The role collaborates with Market Segment Directors, local marketing teams, labs and sales to translate insights into reports, campaigns and content that engage customers and strengthen partnerships.

English fluency is required; additional European languages are an advantage, and occasional travel within EMEA is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience in chemicals or related industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Business.
• Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Define, align, and lead the development of EMEA annual marketing plans for CASE, AMA, and Performance Chemicals.
• Analyse market dynamics, translate insights into reports and campaigns that inform sales strategies and lab innovation.
• Collaborate with Market Segment Directors and sales leaders to define customer profiles, value propositions, and segmentation strategies.
• Brief labs on trends, promote lab innovations, and ensure technical content is reflected in marketing activities.
• Lead planning and execution of EMEA-level campaigns (webinars, trade shows, digital activations, articles, emails).
• Oversee and guide local marketing specialists to ensure alignment and high-quality campaign execution.
