Azelis is seeking a Sales & Product representative to drive growth in cleaning formulations across Benelux. You will combine commercial drive with technical understanding of surfactants, builders, polymers and additives to translate market needs into value-added solutions for customers.
You’ll collaborate with commercial, regulatory and lab teams, provide formulation advice, and support customers from concept to sustainable outcomes.
As our Sales & Product representative, you bring a strong commercial drive, problem-solving skills, and a business development mindset to drive growth in the cleaning formulations market. Building on our extensive portfolio of specialty chemicals, including (bio)surfactants, builders, polymers and specialty additives, you will translate market and application knowledge into value-added solutions for customers across Benelux. In this role, you’ll proactively identify and pursue opportunities with current and prospective customers by combining commercial insight with technical understanding of cleaning formulations and market requirements. Working closely with Azelis commercial, technical, regulatory and lab teams, you’ll support customers with formulation advice and ideas, European legislation and regulatory affairs guidance, market analysis, trends data and hands‑on lab support. You will work with Europe’s leading formulators to solve complex cleaning and sustainability challenges using different ingredient technologies. By strengthening customer and supplier engagement, developing strategic approaches for new product specialties and technologies, and helping customers improve performance, sustainability and differentiation in their end markets, you will play a key role in driving value creation.
