Job summary

Nike seeks a Senior Principal HRBP, Logistics, EMEA to partner with business leaders across a 24/7 omnichannel distribution network in Europe. You will provide strategic coaching, organisational design, and HR program leadership to drive the EMEA SC strategy.

As part of the HRB community, you will collaborate with HR People Solutions, COEs, and unions, delivering talent strategies, leadership development, and confidential advisory support to leadership teams and teammates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR consultative and administrative areas: organizational design, performance management, employee relations and learning.
• Experience with succession planning, recruiting/selection, leadership development, benefits, and Belgian HR legislation.

Responsibilities

• Develops human resource management strategies and policies to support business needs.
• Develop long-term staffing strategy in collaboration with business and People Solutions.
• Provide data insights to identify future people priorities.
• Engage with unions on new capabilities and process implementations.
• Lead organizational design for a 24/7 omnichannel team environment.
