Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a GTC EMEA Senior Analyst to support trade controls across Belgium or Switzerland. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations, and help implement regional trade control initiatives.

The role requires experience in Customs or Trade Compliance, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-priority environment. Some travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customs or Trade Compliance with at least 3 years hands-on work.
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and good communication skills.
• Ability to influence others, build consensus and collaborate across functions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key participant in GTC projects and deliver objectives.
• Support compliant trade flows and advise on customs topics.
• Ensure import/export law compliance across EMEA per policies.
• Maintain GTC documentation and regional deployment of processes.
• Serve as liaison with Global Trade Segment teams and regional teams.
