Atmus Filtration Technologies in Belgium seeks a Global Trade Compliance Manager to lead the trade compliance program for the EMEA region. You will ensure customs, export controls, sanctions and licensing requirements are met while partnering with supply chain, finance, legal and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, customs, supply chain, finance, business or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of trade compliance experience, including responsibility for a country, region or multi-site operation.
• Strong knowledge of import/export requirements applicable to the assigned region.
• Experience managing brokers, audits, regulatory change, training and cross-functional remediation.
• Experience with ERP, global trade management, customs portals and data analytics.
• Regional language capability and travel availability appropriate to the assignment.
• Experience maintaining regional trusted-trader authorizations and leading cross-functional security assessments; ability to implement optimization projects with measurable results.

Responsabilités

• Implement regional procedures and global policy through training and system requirements.
• Maintain a current register of applicable customs, import, export-control and licensing requirements.
• Oversee regional classification, valuation, origin, and broker processes; post-entry corrections.
• Coordinate Union/UK customs processes and related controls for Europe and the UK.
• Assess new products, suppliers and routes before launch and escalate complex issues.
• Manage regional brokers, forwarders and consultants per approved instructions.
• Conduct risk reviews, site audits and document remediation with leadership involvement.
• Coordinate government inquiries, audits, and disclosures with global leaders and Legal.
• Maintain regional dashboards for duties, savings, errors, licenses and regulatory implementation.
• Embed trade requirements in new launches and verify data quality locally.
