Job summary

INEOS Styrolution in Antwerp, Belgium, seeks a Foreign Trade Compliance Specialist to manage customs and trade compliance, ensuring timely import/export flows and adherence to international regulations. You will advise internal stakeholders and collaborate with LSPs and authorities.

The role requires a bachelor's in logistics or related field, strong SAP and data skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. Foreign trade expertise across EMEA and compliance mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German/ French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and autonomously manage customs import/export in Belgium.
• Act as customs declarant and handle clearance in ports.
• Support EMEA VAT reporting and export controls.
• Maintain intercompany PO and import clearance processes.
• Adhere to internal and international rules including AEO certifications.
• Propose and implement improved working procedures.
• Liaise with authorities and LSPs; support projects and claims.
