McKinsey & Company seeks an Employment Law professional to provide practical, timely support across the EMEA region. You will help strengthen templates, trackers, and knowledge resources to enable the People Strategy.

You will own coordination of matter trackers, documentation, litigation support, and cross-functional collaboration with local counsel and stakeholders, improving processes and risk management.

Qualifications

• Any legal or professional services background with strong judgment is valued.
• 3+ years of relevant corporate, professional services, legal operations, or HR experience.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple matters and trackers.
• Ability to work under pressure with high-quality output in fast-paced settings.
• Collaborative, service-minded approach across geographies and functions.
• Ability to handle confidential employment-related information professionally.
