Eaton Corporation in Belgium seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the EMEA Data Center sector. The role is remote for multiple European countries, with travel up to 25%.

You will lead collaboration with key accounts, support product launches, and shape portfolios and value propositions. A university degree and 5+ years in Data Center sales are expected, with an autonomous, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the Data Center industry.
• Solid understanding of electrical equipment requirements in data centers and low-voltage applications.

Responsabilités

• Proactively initiates CPS business development actions within large Data Center key accounts across EMEA.
• Establishes cooperation with key account teams and the Data Center sales ecosystem.
• Drives product and application knowledge across the Data Center sales ecosystem with training and knowledge sharing.
• Ensures effective product launches across the region.
• Owns and manages large key account forecasts and identifies new growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with Product Managers to align market needs with portfolio decisions.
