Eaton is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for the White Space portfolio across EMEA and North America. You will define product requirements and work with engineering, marketing, sales and operations to drive profitable growth.

In this role you will gather market insights, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative data center solutions, including racks, PDUs, containment, PODs and software. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience within the Data Center industry.
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies) is desirable.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English.

What You'll Do

You will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of Eaton's White Space portfolio across EMEA. You will identify market opportunities, define product requirements and work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams across EMEA and North America to drive profitable growth and innovation in one of Eaton's most strategic segments.

Product Scope

The Portfolio Includes

• IT Racks & Accessories
• Rack PDUs
• Rack Power Solutions, including DC architectures
• Aisle Containment Systems
• POD Solutions
• Superstructure Solutions
• Data Center Monitoring & Management Software

These solutions contribute to Eaton's Grid-to-Chip approach for modern cloud, colocation and AI-driven Data Centers.
