TERUMO BCT, INC. is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for the EMEA region. Based in Brussels, you will manage orders, returns, and sales administration while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

This temporary role supports the Customer Relations Supervisor – EMEA, with a focus on accuracy, timely communications, and process improvements. Location: Brussels area, with responsibility for Belgium and neighboring markets.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (administration or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main customer contact for orders, returns and sales administration in EMEA.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver high-quality service.
• Process orders, check discrepancies, pricing, and stock availability.
• Communicate with warehouses on shipment requirements and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, JSOX and internal procedures.
• Provide data to sales targets and support country managers.
• Resolve customer claims and initiate returns/credit notes when needed.
• Maintain accurate master data and Salesforce cases related to returns and invoicing.
