Gates Corporation in Belgium seeks a senior leader to drive the 80/20 methodology across EMEA, simplifying complexity and sharpening go-to-market strategies. You will influence decision-making at senior levels and ensure value creation.

Based at the Erembodegem office or Luxembourg HQ, you will lead regional initiatives, partner with leadership, and coach teams to adopt 80/20 thinking, PLM integration, and manufacturing simplification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master's in a relevant field preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in a mid/large industrial manufacturer.
• In-depth understanding of 80/20 principles with deployment across divisions.
• Experience with PLM and manufacturing simplification.
• Strong analytical, communication, and change-management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

• Lead deployment of the 80/20 methodology across EMEA business units.
• Drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities, eliminating complexity and accelerating initiatives.
• Partner with regional leadership to optimize high-value customers, products, and processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive simplification and margin improvement.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and translate insights into growth strategies.
• Track and report 80/20 program performance with measurable results.
• Act as a change champion—coaching teams and embedding 80/20 thinking.
