Job summary
Médiane Benelux is seeking a Software Leader to join the international team delivering mission-critical embedded software for major railway signaling projects, including ERTMS. You will shape software architecture, lead technical decisions, and ensure integration across rail systems with a focus on safety-critical transport solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Software, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with C/C++ and/or working in Linux environments.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the definition of software specifications and architecture in collaboration with rail system experts.
- Defining and managing technical specifications and subsystem requirements.
- Supporting and contributing to the development processes, tools, and methods.
- Providing technical support to the integration team.
- Actively contributing to the development of software for tomorrow's transportation systems.
