Médiane Benelux is seeking an Expert Test Engineer to join a small Agile team focused on ETCS applications. This role requires extensive manual and automated testing in highly regulated environments and offers long-term engagement.

You will define test strategy, design, execute tests, and drive quality using Jira, Xray, Selenium, ReadyAPI/SOAP-UI, Ranorex, GitLab and Jenkins, collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, EN50.128 and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manual testing experience.
• 5+ years of test automation experience.
• ISTQB certification.
• Solid experience with Jira and Xray (min 5 years).
• Experience with ReadyAPI or SOAP-UI (min 2 years).
• Experience with Selenium (min 2 years).
• Experience with Ranorex.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum ways of working (min 5 years).
• Experience with GitLab and Jenkins (min 2 years).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN50.128.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain test strategy (manual and automated) for ETCS‑related applications.
• Design, execute, and document functional, integration, and regression tests.
• Set up and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, ReadyAPI/SOAP-UI, Ranorex.
• Configure and use Jira, Xray, GitLab, Jenkins for test management, traceability, and CI/CD integration.
• Ensure test coverage and compliance with quality, signalling, and cybersecurity standards.
• Contribute to user acceptance tests (UAT) and support business teams during UAT phases.
• Report defects clearly and follow up with developers and analysts.
• Produce clear, audit‑proof test documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
