Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to join our Automotive Software Integration & Base Software team. You will design, implement, and document software for an automotive product, collaborating with System and Application teams to deliver robust, safe solutions.

You have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and 4+ years in Classic AUTOSAR embedded development, with a strong focus on documentation, testing, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in Classic AUTOSAR-based embedded software development.
• Experience with AUTOSAR module configuration, integration, and maintenance.
• Strong MCU architectures knowledge and software design patterns.

• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Proficiency in static and dynamic code analysis methods and tools.

• Specifying, designing, implementing, and documenting software functionalities

The profile

Background

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Must Have

• More than 4 years of experience in Classic AUTOSAR-based embedded software development
• Experience in Classic AUTOSAR module configuration, integration, and maintenance
• Strong understanding of microcontroller architectures and software design patterns
• Experience with automotive software development standards (e.g., ASPICE)
• Experience with multicore ECU architectures
• Good understanding of software architecture principles
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation
• Proficiency in static and dynamic code analysis methodologies and tools
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
