Vivid Resourcing Ltd is advertising an Embedded Software Developer – Automotive role based in Bruges, Belgium. The position focuses on developing and maintaining low-level automotive software with strong emphasis on C programming and MISRA-C compliance.

You will work with CAN/LIN protocols, RTOS and ARM-based microcontrollers, contributing to software tests and integration in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems or related technical discipline.
• Professional experience developing software in C.
• Experience with embedded systems or microcontroller-based products.
• Practical knowledge of CAN and/or LIN protocols.
• Experience with MISRA-C or similar software coding standards.
• CANoe / CANalyzer knowledge.
• RTOS experience.
• ARM-based microcontrollers.
• MATLAB / Simulink.
• ASPICE.

Embedded Software Developer – Automotive

We are working with an established automotive technology company based in Bruges that is expanding its embedded software development team.

As an Embedded Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing, integrating and maintaining low-level software for automotive electronic systems.

This is a hands-on development position, with a strong focus on C programming, automotive communication protocols and software quality standards.

The Role:

• Develop and maintain embedded software using C
• Design and implement software for automotive electronic systems
• Work with CAN and LIN communication protocols
• Develop software according to MISRA-C coding standards and automotive best practices
