SII Belgium is seeking an embedded hardware engineer to join our team and contribute to mission-critical aerospace and defense projects. The role focuses on debugging, analysis, and board redesign in constrained environments, with opportunities for growth within an international group.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform hardware testing, and use X-ray techniques to identify issues while documenting and proposing corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in embedded hardware development.
• Strong skills in debugging, board testing and signal analysis.
• Experience with PCB design and inspection tools, including X-ray testing.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Perform hardware debugging and analysis on existing electronic boards.
• Use techniques such as X-ray testing to inspect and identify hardware issues.
• Document problems and propose corrective solutions.
• Contribute to the redesign of the boards.
