Suspicious, a streetwear brand in Antwerp, is expanding its retention marketing. You will own Klaviyo flows, automation, segmentation and deliverability, planning email calendars around drops and launches.
You’ll write on-brand copy and build full lifecycle campaigns to drive repeat purchases, while testing and iterating based on data. You’ll track performance metrics and QA every send, using AI to accelerate work and keep email aligned with the brand’s vibe on TikTok and Instagram.
Suspicious is growing fast, and email is one channel we refuse to be average at. It’s the one we actually own: no algorithm, no bidding war, no rented audience, just us and the people who already raised their hand.
We’re building our retention engine from scratch on Klaviyo, and we want someone who’ll own it end to end, the flows, the copy, the numbers. Not someone who waits for a brief and hits send, but someone who builds it, tests it, and makes it convert. Blank canvas, full ownership, and the mandate to make it world-class.
We’re not after a safe pair of hands. We want someone with a real point of view on what great email looks like, and the chops to make it real.
A streetwear brand on a steep climb, where this channel is wide open and waiting for an owner. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with marketing, creative and e‑commerce, with the freedom to build instead of inheriting someone else’s setup. We hire people who want to be the best at what they do, and we back them to prove it. The occasional bit of chaos included.
Ready to make email the channel everyone underestimates until they see your numbers.
