Job summary

Brachot in Belgium is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform maintenance and repair work in our industrial production environment (natural stone processing), focusing on the mechanical and electrical components of the machines and overhead cranes.

You will work a 38.75-hour daytime week, with flexibility for interventions outside working hours and Saturday mornings; the position offers a full-time permanent contract, a competitive base salary with meal vouchers and job security.

Qualifications

• Must have technical knowledge in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electricity
• Hands-on and proactive approach
• Willing to work day shift and be flexible for interventions outside working hours and Saturday mornings

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work in an industrial production environment, including machinery and overhead cranes
• Ensure proper functioning of mechanical and electrical components of machines
• Repair mechanical defects (gearboxes, chains, bearings, pneumatic cylinders, belts, motors, etc.)
• Carry out minor welding work
• Participate in developing and implementing a maintenance plan with the technical team
