Job summary

Engibex, a Belgian engineering consulting firm, seeks a Project Leader to drive process and system development for large-volume network projects. You will oversee collaboration with synergy partners and define cross-organizational work agreements, ensuring implementation in operational teams responsible for execution.

The role is based in the Nettransitie department, focusing on proactive grid strengthening in the energy transition and coordinating with construction partners across Belgium.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering field or equivalent by experience.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale infrastructure works of cables, pipes and fiber.
• Proven track record in directing contractors within Belgium.
• Experience with project accounting (measurement statements and claims).
• Experience coordinating/planning multiple worksites at scale.
• Experience aligning stakeholders with local authorities and utility companies.
• Experience leading and guiding projects.
• Familiarity with PM terminology, organization, roles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of processes and systems for large-volume network projects.
• Coordinate collaboration with synergy partners and cross-organizational work agreements.
• Ensure work agreements are implemented in operational teams responsible for execution.
• Manage and support net transition initiatives within the department.
