Imec in Belgium seeks a PhD-level researcher to advance EDA for advanced CMOS technologies. You will design EDA approaches, tackle challenges from logic synthesis to thermal modelling, and ensure accurate DTCO research within a CMOS 2.0 context.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience developing EDA algorithms and tools.
• Excellent understanding of digital physical implementation and CMOS tech.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop EDA approaches for advanced CMOS tech in a CMOS 2.0 context.
• Address EDA challenges across the spectrum from logic synthesis to thermal modelling.
• Collaborate with imec partners and universities to disseminate insights.
