ALTEN Belgium seeks an E&M/BOM Configuration Manager to own engineering and manufacturing BOMs for the laser-guided rocket product line in Herstal. You will verify, officialise in Windchill, and ensure ERP transmission.

You will run impact analyses and manage ECR/ECN loops across logistics, quality, methods, purchasing and project teams. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in config-management, strong PLM experience (Windchill preferred; ENOVIA, SAP PLM or Aras also valid), and fluency in French

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in mechanical, industrial or electromechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a configuration-management role within product development.
• Experienced owning, checking, and maintaining bills of materials.
• Proficient with PLM systems; Windchill preferred, others valid (Teamcenter/ENOVIA/SAP PLM/Aras).
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Verify BOM content—structure, articles, sub-assemblies and attached docs.
• Officialise BOM in Windchill and ensure data is correctly sent to the ERP.
• Run impact analyses of product and process changes with multiple departments.
• Follow up ECR/ECN loops through to completion within deadlines.
• Fine-tune change implementation with logistics, production and purchasing.
• Register baselines and manage BOM variants driven by customer requirements.
