Oniverse is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to manage online activities across Website, App and Zalando, driving sales and a top-notch customer experience.

You will collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager and cross-functional teams, analyze performance, optimize promotions, and support digital marketing campaigns. Dutch language is required, with French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in ecommerce, digital marketing or related field.
• Experience in ecommerce/digital operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Dutch speaker; French as a plus.

Job Description: Ecommerce Specialist

Your mission

As an Ecommerce Specialist, working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, you will manage e-commerce activities across Website, App and Zalando to drive online sales and deliver the best customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Support the growth of our ecommerce business across Website, App and Zalando.
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, including promotions, newsletters and website content.
• Support the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns together with the local media agency.
• Monitor business and KPIs performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Commercial, Retail, Digital and HQ teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
• Contribute to new ecommerce projects and continuously improve the online customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Passion for ecommerce, digital marketing and customer experience.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with CMS/CRM tools and Google Analytics (Marketing Cloud and CoreMedia are a plus).
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or previous experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or online operations is a plus.
• Dutch speaker
