Veepee is seeking a Sales Analyst & Support within the Sourcing team to manage offers, analyze performance, and collaborate with the KAM and internal departments. You will analyze assortments and pricing to ensure attractive offers for Veepee members.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with English fluency and French or Dutch language skills. Home-working allowance and flexible hours are offered, with at least 3 days on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years proven experience in a sales analysis, business analysis, or similar role.
• You are result-oriented with strong analytical and data management skills.
• You master Google Apps and Office Pack, especially Gsheet, Slides and Excel.
• You are fluent in English with excellent French or Dutch language skills.

Responsabilités

• Offer Management: collect commercial elements from brands, build offer files meeting Veeppee quality standards, and set offers based on data analysis.
• Conception of the offer using internal and external data to identify best assortment and prices, including stock and buying price.
• Monitor warehouse stock to ensure stock rotation standards and define selling prices to maximize quantities and margin.
• Sales forecast activities and identification of potential turnover; coordinate with Sales Production Teams for smooth content production.
• Commercial Analysis: follow main KPIs during sales and prepare business reviews with KAM and Brand partners.
• Create material for brand meetings and participate when necessary.
