Vans is looking for an Analyst, Sales Operations based in Antwerp, Belgium. This role involves supporting Sales teams through reporting, orderbook follow-up, and coordinating sales processes. Responsibilities include preparing sales forecasts, generating reports, and maintaining accuracy in SAP.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field is a plus, but experience and motivation are equally important.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and keen interest in working with data and reports.
• Structured way of working, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication skills with a supportive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support the preparation and follow‑up of monthly sales forecasts.
• Monitor the orderbook and assist with cancellations and pull‑forwards.
• Prepare regular sales reports to help the team understand performance.
• Work closely with Channel Sales teams to support them.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy.
