Job summary

Consult is seeking an E-commerce Manager for its B2B healthcare distribution portfolio in Brussels. The role focuses on owning online revenue, conversion and catalogue quality across four markets, with emphasis on the German-speaking segment.

You will drive revenue, optimise user experience, and collaborate with marketing and tech teams in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in e-commerce, proven growth in online metrics, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in e-commerce management, preferably B2B distribution
• A track record of growing online revenue and conversion with measurable results
• Strong analytics skills with GA4 or similar and Excel proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopware or Shopify Plus and with PIM/product feeds
• Experience working with developers and agencies—writing requirements, prioritising backlog and testing releases
• Understanding of pricing, merchandising and user experience drive online sales
• Fluent German and English

Responsibilities

• Own online trading: set and track revenue, conversion, AOV and repeat purchase targets by site and market
• Improve conversion by identifying drop-offs from search to checkout and prioritising fixes with tests
• Own catalogue and product data quality across thousands of references, including categorisation, search, content, images and translations
• Manage onsite merchandising and site search aligned with the marketing plan
• Collaborate with pricing and category teams to monitor competitive positioning
• Lead the platform roadmap with the web agency: backlog, requirements and testing releases
• Build clear performance reporting by brand, site and market for senior management
