EngiFlex is seeking a Senior Solution Architect and Presales Lead with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise to shape scalable ERP solutions. You will guide the sales cycle from qualification to proposal and remain the architectural reference during implementation to ensure coherence and quality.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for complex business needs across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and related domains.
• Define the overall solution architecture including integrations, data migration, security and extension strategy.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses and coordinate contributions from stakeholders for persuasive proposals.
• Run discovery workshops and demonstrations to analyse client needs and position Dynamics 365 effectively.
• Prepare solution concepts, roadmaps, effort estimates and ROI analyses for executives.
• Collaborate with sales on pricing, scope and engagement models.
• Build relationships with Microsoft stakeholders to identify shared opportunities.
• Advise on ERP strategy, cloud transition, data strategy and Azure alignment.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and technology assessments.
• Develop reusable assets and architectural standards within the Dynamics 365 practice.
• Mentor colleagues to grow capability and share best practices.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a senior Solution Architect and Presales Lead, you combine strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with commercial acumen and the ability to shape scalable, winning ERP solutions. You play a key role throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to proposal preparation and award, and continue as the architectural reference point during implementation to safeguard solution coherence and quality.

• Design end-to-end, scalable Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for complex business needs across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and related domains.
• Define the overall solution architecture, including integrations, data migration, security, extension strategy and alignment with broader ERP and IT landscapes.
• Ensure architectural choices follow Microsoft best practices and fit the client's digital transformation objectives and IT strategy.
• Assess configure-versus-build trade-offs and advise on the use of relevant third-party or complementary solutions where appropriate.
• Maintain architectural governance during delivery by resolving design issues and preserving solution integrity.
• Lead RFP and RFI responses, coordinating contributions from different stakeholders to produce persuasive and commercially robust proposals.
• Run discovery workshops and demonstrations to analyse client needs and position Dynamics 365 solutions effectively.
• Prepare and present solution concepts, implementation roadmaps, effort estimates and ROI analyses for executive stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales teams on pricing approaches, delivery scope and engagement models.
• Build strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders to identify and advance shared opportunities.
• Advise senior business and IT decision-makers on ERP strategy, cloud transition, data strategy and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure.
• Facilitate architecture reviews, solution validation sessions and technology assessments.
• Contribute to the development of solution offerings, reusable assets and architectural standards within the Dynamics 365 practice.
• Support capability growth by mentoring colleagues and sharing architectural knowledge and best practices.

Your profile

• You bring deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and solution architecture.
• You have strong experience in presales, business development and translating customer needs into clear solution designs.
• You are comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and guiding discussions on ERP modernization and digital transformation.
• You understand integration patterns, data migration, security design and cloud-based architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on pragmatism and communicate convincingly with both business and technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes is highly relevant for this role.
