Job summary

HeadCount in Ghent is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join our IT-driven renewal of the ERP landscape. You will translate business needs into workable functional solutions, design and test the D365 F&O setup and support end users through adoption and training.

You will shape strategic projects across finance, supply chain and Power Platform, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a business or functional analyst with hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX).
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and modules (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets) and translating them into system solutions.
• Experience with requirements engineering, fit-gap analysis, functional design and testing/UAT.
• Analytical, structured and strong in stakeholder management; bridging business and IT with ease.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic projects renewing the application landscape towards Dynamics 365 F&O from analysis to roll-out.
• Analyse business needs and translate them into functional specifications and proposals.
• Contribute to design, configuration, testing (functional and UAT) and documentation of the D365 F&O solution.
• Support key users with training, adoption and first-line support as their go-to contact.
• Coordinate change management from request to roll-out, ensuring quality, planning and impact.
