Cegeka Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Business Analyst for MS Dynamics 365 (ERP) Finance & Operations to bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will lead requirements, analyze ROI, and support project roadmaps.

Collaboration with solution architects, stakeholders and external partners is essential, with a focus on delivering value. The role requires a Master’s degree with at least five years of BA experience, fluent Dutch and English, and a hybrid work location at Hasselt (Corda Campus)

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 ERP F&O and related tools.
• Hybrid work from Hasselt office at least one day per week.

Responsabilités

• Lead in identifying and defining business needs.
• Advise on improvements to create value by analyzing context, requirements and ROI.
• Provide business cases to support roadmaps and projects.
• Define high-level solutions with the Application Architect to maximise business objectives.
• Document analyses clearly using appropriate techniques.
• Manage priorities and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and external partners.
• Support decision-making and provide ROI insights.
• Monitor objectives throughout project delivery and ensure alignment across domains.
