Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Dutch Speaking Search Engine Customer Expert to join our client’s Athens team. You will provide high-level technical support for a leading search engine platform in a fast-paced IT environment, using Dutch language skills.

The role requires native Dutch, strong communication, and analytical problem-solving capabilities. It offers on-site work in Greece, comprehensive relocation support, and ongoing training to boost professional development.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site international environment.
• EU passport holders only.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical assistance to users of search engine services in Dutch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical inquiries related to search functionality and digital advertising tools.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving IT platforms and search algorithms to ensure accurate user guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical system issues effectively.
• Document all interactions and technical findings within the CRM system to improve future service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay at the forefront of IT service excellence.
• Consistently meet performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction and technical resolution time.
• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
