Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor in Malaga to assist customers with mobile, internet, and home services. You will troubleshoot issues, provide excellent service, and spot upsell opportunities, all within a collaborative international team.

The role requires native Dutch language skills and good English, with hybrid work options after onboarding. A permanent contract with a competitive monthly salary and relocation support is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2)
• Good English skills (minimum B1)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commercial mindset with confidence speaking to customers
