NP Group in Brussels, Belgium seeks a senior Data & AI Architect / Technical Account Lead to drive enterprise Data & AI initiatives for clients. This client-facing role combines architecture, leadership, delivery and account development to shape strategy and translate requirements into measurable outcomes.

You will lead design across data platforms, governance and security, and manage distributed teams while collaborating with delivery, pre-sales and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in Data & AI, architecture or leadership.
• Deep technical expertise in Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Strong enterprise data architecture background.
• Experience delivering Data & AI programmes in Financial Services or Insurance.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple locations.

• Engage senior client stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Data & AI Architect / Technical Account Lead

Location: Brussels, Belgium

The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior Data & AI Architect / Technical Account Lead to lead strategic Data & AI initiatives for enterprise clients in Belgium.

This is a highly client-facing position combining enterprise architecture, technical leadership, delivery and account development. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to define Data & AI strategy, design modern data platforms and translate complex technical requirements into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Your Experience

• 15+ years' experience within Data & AI, architecture or technical leadership
• Deep technical expertise across Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
• Strong Enterprise Data Architecture background
• Proven experience across Data Strategy, Modernisation, BI, Analytics and AI
• Experience delivering Data & AI programmes within Financial Services and/or Insurance
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple locations
• Ability to combine deep technical expertise with commercial and business understanding

Experience with Data Managed Services, legacy-to-cloud environments, solution accelerators and the Belgian/European market would be advantageous.
