BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to join its dynamic international team in Antwerp to deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple channels.

You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries about orders, accounts, products, and services, while ensuring solutions are clear and timely. This role requires Dutch and English proficiency, a proactive mindset, and a passion for travel.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, personalized support across a variety of topics, including inquiries, orders, accounts, products, services, and general requests.

Through phone, email, chat, and digital channels, you will understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth experience from the first interaction to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
