FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO company. We offer full relocation assistance so you can move to Portugal and start quickly.

You’ll be the main contact for Dutch customers, answering via phone, email, or chat with genuine support; relocation includes flight, accommodation options, and monthly pay with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and good English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Enjoy helping people and providing clear support.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Deliver friendly, practical help to resolve day-to-day inquiries.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
