FH Collective Academy in Lisbon seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist Dutch customers by phone, email, or chat. Relocation support is provided, including flight tickets and accommodation options to settle into Portugal.

Role offers a clear path into an international BPO environment with pay options for on-site or remote work within Portugal. You’ll join a diverse team focused on helpful, human-centered support.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency (C1/C2) and good English level.
• Strong communication skills for customer support.
• Ability to assist customers via phone, email, or chat.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
