FH Collective Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO in Lisbon, offering on-site and remote options across Portugal. A relocation package is provided, including flight tickets and accommodation options.

You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, delivering friendly, practical help as part of an international team. Private health insurance from day one and paid training are included.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Enjoy helping people and communicating clearly.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
