Next Job Abroad is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Care Representatives to support Greek customers of a major streaming platform. You will handle subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries via calls, chat, and email, delivering a seamless customer experience.

The role offers relocation to Athens, an on-site or remote work option within Greece, and competitive monthly pay with extra annual payments. Training and onboarding are provided along with health insurance and international team

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) with near-native level preferred.
• Good English skills (B2).
• Excellent written communication for chat and email.
• Strong multitasking skills with Windows and online tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work late shifts or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot app or device issues and assist with account access.
• Provide information on content availability, languages, and promotions.
• Maintain high-quality service and follow internal guidelines.
• Participate in an 8-day training program and 12-day nesting period before full production.
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks.
