Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
• Good English skills (B2) are required.
• Excellent written communication for chat and email.
• Strong multitasking and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Interact via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot app or device issues and assist with account access.
• Inform customers about content availability and promotions.
• Maintain high-quality service following guidelines.
• Participate in training and nesting periods; adapt to shifts.
