You will lead the finance function, oversee accounting, reporting, and budgeting, and guide procurement and team development within a strategic leadership team.

Ideal candidates have extensive hospitality finance experience, strong knowledge of hotel accounting, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Financial Director in the hospitality sector in Belgium.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel accounting and accounting systems.
• Advanced command of Excel and office tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Sun Accounting and Vision (Infor) is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Supervise full accounting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with laws, regs and internal directives.
• Implement and maintain audit and financial controls to monitor performance, cash flow, budget adherence.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to Management.
• Recruit, develop and manage Finance and Procurement teams to meet objectives.
• Manage forecasts and reporting, ensuring liquidity and optimal use of funds.

Job Description

Our client, a high-endestablishment located in Brussels, is currently seeking an experienced Directoror Finance to join its leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the complete, accurateand timely keeping of the company's accounting, in compliance withlegislation, applicable regulations and internal directives fromManagement.
  
• Implement and maintain ongoing audit andfinancial control systems to monitor the company's performance, cashflows, budget compliance, expenses, revenues, cost of sales and otherbudgetary elements.
  
• Prepare and regularly present to Managementthe financial statements and reports necessary for the smooth operation ofthe business.
  
• Recruit, develop and manage competent Financeand Procurement teams in order to achieve the objectives set.
