Job summary

DataCamp is seeking a Director of Partnerships and Technology Alliances to scale curriculum partnerships with leading content providers, technology vendors, and top instructors. This player-coach role owns strategy, negotiates key deals, and builds a small team while managing a portfolio of senior partnerships.

You will collaborate with curriculum, product, legal, and marketing to turn signed agreements into live, learner-focused content that delivers impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in partnerships or business development at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record closing deals you personally led.
• Deep fluency in the AI, data, and cloud landscape.
• Experience in education, EdTech, or enterprise L&D.
• Ability to build a function from near-scratch and scale it.
• Strong commercial, licensing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent cross-functional judgment and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own DataCamp’s partnership strategy for curriculum and key partners.
• Source, negotiate, and close partnerships, licensing, and instructor deals.
• Manage senior relationships across AI, data, and cloud ecosystems.
• Collaborate with curriculum, product, legal and marketing to implement live content.
• Define criteria for high-quality partners and maintain a high bar.
• Oversee commercial terms, revenue share, and content rights.
• Hire and grow a partnerships team while maintaining own portfolio.
• Report partnership performance to leadership and advise on strategy.
