Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Senior Director, Program Management Team Leader to drive functional leadership for the Program Management group within the Delivery Unit. Location options include Beerse, Belgium; Spring House, PA; and Raritan, NJ, USA.

The role partners with DU DAS leadership to translate CDT strategy into a comprehensive cross-functional plan that delivers optimized program outcomes, while building a high-performing team and ensuring staff development and

Qualifications

BS degree required in scientific discipline.
8-10 years of people-management experience.
Expert knowledge of drug development process and portfolio management.

Responsabilités

Provide strategic operational leadership over the PML group and DAS Delivery Team of the DeliverlyUnit and the portfolio managed by the PML group.
Strategy and execution support and planning regarding finance, milestone, and CDP alignment to optimize portfolio value.
Identify and escalate portfolio and program risks and issues, collaborating with R&D functions to resolve them.
Ensure staff are developed to meet the needs of the DU and GD, and hired/onboarded to support portfolio execution.
Lead the PML organization to plan resources, manage budget, and optimize staff utilization.
Be the external face of program management for JNJ IM by participating in PM innovations or panels.
