The role oversees end‑to‑end delivery of high‑complexity capital investments, ensuring safety, compliance, and product quality while maintaining production continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; chemical/mechanical preferred.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, PM, or manufacturing within regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the API Capacity Increase Program through conception, execution and closeout with safety, quality, and cost controls.
• Translate capacity roadmaps into deliverable capital projects supporting API expansion and supply.
• Coordinate across GET, Site Engineering, E&PS, and MSAT to ensure governance and program success.
• Cultivate leadership, mentorship, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
