Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Reliability to define the enterprise strategy for end-to-end performance management and reliability across Innovative Medicine. This hybrid role can be based at Beerse, Belgium or other J&J IM hubs, with a base in Titusville, NJ (USA) and remote options.

You will standardize performance frameworks, deploy enterprise scorecards, and translate data into actionable insights to improve service, quality and cost across the E2E supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Proven ownership of business processes with end-to-end supply chain expertise.
• Proven experience leading enterprise performance management systems.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for E2E supply chain performance management and reliability.
• Develop and deploy standardized performance management frameworks, including KPI definitions and scorecards.
• Lead reliability initiatives with governance to resolve systemic issues and improve performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing team focusing on supply chain performance management and reliability.
• Oversee digital transformation and analytics to enable real-time visibility and insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align performance standards and drive improvements.
