The University of Delaware seeks a Director of University International Enrollment in Newark, Delaware to lead its global recruitment strategy and expand international representation across undergraduate, graduate, and non-degree programs. Reporting to the Associate VP, you will serve as the primary international recruitment expert and strategist.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Leadership experience in international education is preferred.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

Lead university-wide international enrollment goals.
Develop and implement a strategic international recruitment plan.
Oversee sponsored student recruitment and liaison with sponsors.
Collaborate with CGPS to support the university’s global strategy.
Lead recruitment staff for graduate, undergraduate, and programs with international partners.
Cultivate partnerships with non-US institutions and organizations.
Manage international contracts and program budgets.
