Thermo Fisher Scientific in Belgium is seeking a Director/ Senior Director, FSP Project Oversight to provide enterprise‑level leadership across multiple strategic accounts and global delivery teams. You will shape portfolio strategy, drive operational transformation, manage client relationships, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, 5+ years in management, and a strong track record of executive governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent with relevant qualification.
• 12+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of management responsibility.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Regulatory affairs / clinical trial knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive oversight across multiple FSP portfolios and strategic client relationships.
• Develop and implement long-term portfolio strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead governance, reviews, and client strategy discussions; manage escalations and risks.
• Partner with Business Development to support opportunities, proposals and account expansion.
• Coach and lead directors and senior leaders; drive organizational change and talent development.
• Drive digital strategy with analytics, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
