Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Research Scientist in Pharmacoepidemiology. The role is embedded in our FSP team and will be fully remote across Europe, with travel up to 20% to Belgium and the USA.

You will lead real‑world safety studies, design methods, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance regulatory submissions and product safety. The position emphasizes medical/scientific expertise, data analytics, and strategic planning to generate robust RWE.

Qualifications

• PhD in Epidemiology or pharmacoepidemiology is advantageous.
• MD or PharmD with strong epidemiology background is desirable.
• Biostatistics knowledge is beneficial for data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute pharmacoepidemiology studies addressing safety questions.
• Identify methods and data sources for safety research.
• Collaborate across teams to develop IEGPs and real‑world studies.
