Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced technical leader to coach and grow a high-performing Solutions Architect team supporting Benelux Cross-Industry customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

You will guide teams in modern cloud architectures, data platforms, and AI, engaging with C-suite executives to align cloud solutions with transformation goals and drive strategic AWS adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud architecture and CXO-level engagement.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions on any cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc).
• Experience leading and growing teams of senior tech professionals in customer-facing roles.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of Solutions Architects serving C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Build and execute a customer-focused strategy to drive cloud adoption across Benelux Cross-Industry customers.
• Guide your team in designing modern cloud architectures with emphasis on data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Represent AWS in executive discussions, public speaking, and technical content creation.
• Champion emerging technologies and AI transformation, coordinating with customers and internal teams.
