Fortrea is seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to act as the primary client contact for complex clinical studies. You will drive operational delivery across vendors and teams, develop risk strategies, and mentor project management staff.

You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring studies stay on track within timelines and budgets, while contributing to business growth through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Deep knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment in high-stakes or ambiguous situations.
• Excellent presentation skills across levels including executives.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and strategic planning.
