Fortrea is seeking an Executive Director of Project Management (RWE & Phase IV Studies) to lead a global team responsible for operational delivery, financial performance, quality outcomes and client satisfaction across the RWE and Phase IV portfolio. You will report to the VP of RWE and Phase IV Studies and drive growth and profitability while building a high‑performing organization.

Qualifications

• High financial acumen with demonstrated stewardship at P&L or portfolio level.
• RWE and Ph IV delivery resourcing models and budget development.
• Proven team leadership and staff development.
• Exceptional presentation skills for executive leadership.
• Experienced with strategic planning activities.
• Extensive knowledge of the clinical development spectrum and ICH GCP, especially RWE/Ph IV.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Achieve financial and quality management targets across the portfolio.
• Oversee quality, performance and success of all projects with consistency.
• Embed risk management culture and implement measurement tools.
• Drive high client satisfaction, repeat business and portfolio expansion.
• Identify and direct department and company initiatives.
• Partner with BD and operations to support bids, portfolio planning and accounts.
