STAXS is seeking a curious, proactive part-time candidate to analyse processes, drive digitalisation, and manage smaller projects across departments.

You will explore AI applications, test new tools, and contribute to CRM initiatives while collaborating with teams in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Economics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration or related field.
• Interest in project management, process improvement and digitalisation.
• Affinity with AI tools and digital solutions; tech-savvy.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other digital applications.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and improve existing processes.
• Identify opportunities to work more efficiently.
• Independently take on and follow up on smaller projects.
• Support digitalisation initiatives within various teams.
• Research and test new technologies and AI applications.
• Gather information, draw up proposals and oversee implementations.

In this role, you’ll work across various departments. You’ll be given plenty of freedom to take the initiative, develop ideas and actually put improvements into practice. This means you’ll have a directly visible impact on the way our organisation operates.

What will you be doing?

• Analysing and improving existing processes.
• Identifying opportunities to work more efficiently.
• Independently taking on and following up on smaller projects.
• Supporting digitalisation initiatives within various teams.
• Researching and testing new technologies and AI applications.
• Gathering information, drawing up proposals and overseeing implementations.
• Monitoring actions, planning and the progress of projects.

Examples of projects might include:

• Developing an AI-powered chatbot.
• Supporting CRM and digitalisation projects.
• Exploring new tools that could improve our efficiency.

You have:

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (completed or currently studying for), for example in Industrial Engineering, Business Economics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration or a similar subject
• An interest in project management, process improvement and digitalisation
• An affinity with AI tools and digital solutions, and you are ‘tech-savvy’
• A good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other digital applications
• A good command of Dutch and English
