Intuitive seeks a Digital Solutions Specialist Benelux to drive adoption of digital offerings across the Benelux region. The role focuses on onboarding, workflow analysis, training, and customer support for Intuitive Hub and My Intuitive+ services.

The position requires 2+ years in procedural healthcare software, experience with EMR/PACS, and strong communication in multiple languages. Travel is >75%. Location flexible within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, life sciences or medical field.
• 2+ years’ experience in procedural / OR healthcare software.
• 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations.
• Experience with EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage.
• Background in training clinical and OR staff.
• Knowledge of the Procedural/Operating Room environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver consulting services and communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch/French preferred.
• Travel >75%

Responsabilités

• Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers and Intuitive colleagues.
• Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization.
• Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+ including onboarding.
• Monitor and drive digital products utilization by customers and clinical users.
• Drive expansion of the user base by working with hospital staff and thought leaders.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality; escalate issues to digital technical support.
• Lead clinical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operation.
• Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.
• Participate in training and launch of new products and/or procedures.
• Build excellent relationships with internal colleagues (sales, clinical teams, digital support).
• Support complex customer events involving multi-departmental collaboration.
• Provide guidance on the use of the Intuitive Hub System.
• Provide feedback to product development based on client experiences.
• Prospect for digital solution expansions and upgrades.
